AN ACT To amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 4, Chapter 5, Part 1, relative to the definition of the term "rule".

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF TENNESSEE:

SECTION 1. Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 4-5-102(10), is amended by adding the following language at the end of the subdivision:

(G) Statements concerning inmates of a correctional or detention facility.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon becoming a law, the public welfare requiring it.
