AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 9, Chapter 21, relative to public works projects eligible to be financed with general obligation bonds.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF TENNESSEE:

SECTION 1. Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 9-21-105(20)(A), is amended by adding the following language "public art," between the language "including any terminal storage and transportation facilities incident thereto," and the language "public buildings".

SECTION 2. Tennessee Code Annotated, Sections 9-21-109(1), is amended by adding the following language "art design services," between the language "architectural," and "inspection".

SECTION 3. This act shall take effect upon becoming a law, the public welfare requiring it.
