AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 39, Chapter 13, relative to public indecency.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF TENNESSEE:

SECTION 1. Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 39-13-511(b)(2), is amended by adding the following:

Additionally, "indecent exposure" as defined in subdivision (b)(1), is a Class E felony when the defendant is eighteen (18) years of age or older, the victim is under thirteen (13) years of age, and the defendant has any combination of two or more prior convictions under this section.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon becoming a law, the public welfare requiring it.
