AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 11, Chapter 14, Part 3, relative to exempt from the Natural Resources Trust Fund certain revenues generated from lands which make up the Royal Blue Wildlife Management Area and to dedicate their use to manage and maintain the wildlife management area.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF TENNESSEE:
SECTION 1. Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 11-14-305(b), is amended by adding the following new appropriately designated subdivision:
( ) Proceeds described in subsection (a)(1), which are generated from lands in Campbell and Scott Counties which make up the Royal Blue Wildlife Management Area. These proceeds shall be dedicated for use by wildlife resources agency to manage and maintain the Royal Blue Wildlife Management Area.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon becoming a law, the public welfare requiring it.
