AN ACT To amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 4, Chapter 29 and Title 68, Chapter 1, relative to the interagency council on osteoporosis.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF TENNESSEE:

SECTION 1. Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 4-29-222(a), is amended by adding the following as a new item thereto:

( ) Interagency council on osteoporosis, created by Section 68-1-1503;

SECTION 2. Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 4-29-226(b), is amended by deleting the language "2004" and by substituting instead the figure "2003".

SECTION 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 1998, the public welfare requiring it.
