AN ACT To amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 4, Chapter 29 and Title 68, Chapter 12, relative to the advisory committee for children's special services.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF TENNESSEE:

SECTION 1. Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 4-29-218(a), is amended by deleting item (1) in its entirety.

SECTION 2. Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 4-29-222(a), is amended by adding the following as a new item thereto:

( ) Advisory committee for children's special services, created by Section 68-12-106;

SECTION 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 1998, the public welfare requiring it.
