AN ACT To amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 4, Chapter 29 and Title 39, Chapter 13, relative to the sex offender treatment board.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF TENNESSEE:

SECTION 1. Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 4-29-219(a), is amended by deleting item (35) in its entirety.

SECTION 2. Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 4-29-225(a), is amended by adding the following as a new item thereto:

( ) Sex offender treatment board, created by Section 39-13-704;

SECTION 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 1998, the public welfare requiring it.
