AN ACT To amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 4, Chapter 29 and Title 50, Chapter 7, relative to the board of review, department of employment security.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF TENNESSEE:

SECTION 1. Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 4-29-220(a), is amended by deleting item (34) in its entirety.

SECTION 2. Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 4-29-225(a), is amended by adding the following as a new item thereto:

( ) Board of review, department of employment security, created by Section 50-7-601;

SECTION 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 1998, the public welfare requiring it.
