AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 49-5-5231, relative to probationary teaching licensing.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF TENNESSEE:

SECTION 1. Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 49-5-5231, is amended by deleting the section in its entirety.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 1998, the public welfare requiring it.
