AN ACT To amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 62-2-307, relative to reinstatement of former registrants.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF TENNESSEE:

SECTION 1. Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 62-2-307(e), is amended by adding the following language at the end thereof:

and any further education and experience beyond that obtained at the time of such applicant's original registration in Tennessee

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon becoming a law, the public welfare requiring it.
