AN ACT To amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 4, Chapter 29 and Title 4, Chapter 44, relative to the 1996 Tennessee Bicentennial Commission.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF TENNESSEE:
SECTION 1. Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 4-29-218(a), is amended by deleting item (15) in its entirety.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect June 30, 1997, the public welfare requiring it.
