AN ACT to amend Public Chapter 790 of the Public Acts of 1996, and Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 50-6-204, relative to traveling expenses.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF TENNESSEE:

SECTION 1. Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 50-6-204a(6)(A), is amended by inserting the language "or workplace" between the word "residence" and the words "to the location".

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon becoming a law, the public welfare requiring it.
