AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 62, Chapter 42, relative to employee assistance professionals.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF TENNESSEE:

SECTION 1. Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 62-42-112, is amended by deleting the words "Until January 1, 1995", at the beginning of the section, and capitalizing the word "a".

SECTION 2. Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 62-42-106, is amended by changing the words "even-numbered year" following the words "On or before December 1 of each" to "odd-numbered year".

SECTION 3. This act shall take effect upon becoming a law, the public welfare requiring it.
