AN ACT
To amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 68, Chapter 11, Part 15, relative to protection of patients' privacy.BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF TENNESSEE:
SECTION 1. Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 68-11-1503, is amended by inserting the language "and except for access by health care providers from whom the patient receives or seeks care," between the language "administrative functions," and the words "the name".
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon becoming a law, the public welfare requiring it.
