Corporations: Change Mailing Address

Use this form ONLY to change the Mailing Address of the business' principal office as recorded with the Secretary of State. Changing the principal office street address and/or the registered agent's office address requires the filing of appropriate documents with the Secretary of State in accordance with applicable business statutes.
