Financial Reports for Charitable Organizations

About Reports

Unless exempted from the registration requirements of the Charitable Solicitations Act, every charitable organization that intends to solicit donations from or within the State of Tennessee must register with the Secretary of State, Division of Charitable Solicitations and Gaming, prior to requesting contributions.  As part of the registration requirements, an organization must submit a financial report from its most recently completed fiscal year.  Below, in PDF form, are summaries of the most recently filed financial reports of registered charitable organizations.  Those registered organizations who have completed 2005 fiscal year are listed in the 2007 Financial Report. All registered organizations are listed in the 2005 Financial Reports.  The summary also contains the organization’s registration expiration date.  The financial reports, in their entirety, and any other documents on file with the division may be obtained by contacting the Division of Charitable Solicitations and Gaming at charitable.solicitations@state.tn.us or 615-741-2555.

Note:  The Division of Charitable Solicitations and Gaming does not guarantee the accuracy of the financial reports filed by the charitable organizations.
