The Tennessee Department of State has added a new tool to its web site to make it easier for people to track pending rules and regulations issued by the state's regulatory agencies. It's now possible to get updates on pending rules and regulations by subscribing to the Pending Rules and Regulations RSS Feed. This new tool complements the current Pending Rules and Regulations Online Database.

The web site has previously offered the RSS feed for rules and regulations that have recently gone into effect. However, the new service allows citizens to stay updated on rules that have been filed with the Secretary. This can be helpful, for example, to give business owners advance notice of pending rules.  Tennesseans will now be able to better plan to make sure they're doing what is necessary to remain in compliance to the regulations affecting their industries.

Acts and resolutions of the 106th General Assembly are now available online.

The Division of Publications publishes the following:

• Official Compilation of the Rules and Regulations of the State of Tennessee
• Tennessee Administrative Register
• Open Appointments
• Executive Orders

The division is also responsible for the content and maintenance of the department’s Web site and provides technical support for the department in printing related matters.
