Administrative Register

The Tennessee Administrative Register (T.A.R) is an official publication of the Tennessee Department of State. The T.A.R. is compiled and published monthly by the Department of State pursuant to Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 4, Chapter 5. The T.A.R contains in entirety the following: announcements; emergency rules; proposed rules; public necessity rules; rulemaking hearing rules, notices of rulemaking hearing, notices of hearing to solicit comments and Wildlife proclamations. All filings received during the preceding month will be published in the T.A.R. of the following month. View glossary of T.A.R. filings.
