Public Officials and Candidates Forms
Local officials and Certain State officials: Statement of Disclosure of Interest (ss-8005) for local elected officials and certain State officials (non-General Assembly) were due January 31, 2008 and may be filed electronically at http://www.tennesseeanytime.org/conflict/. The Commission strongly encourages electronic filing. The Commission staff and its Help Desk are available by telephone to assist callers with this process. Members of the General Assembly, Governor, Constitutional Officers, Governor's Cabinet: Statement of Disclosure of Interest (ss-8004) for Members of the General Assembly, Governor, Governor's Cabinet, and Constitutional Officers are due April 15th. Candidates for ALL Offices: Statement of Disclosure of Interest (ss-8005) for ALL candidates (local and General Assembly) are due 30 days after the last day provided by law for qualifying as a candidate and may be filed electronically at http://www.tennesseeanytime.org/conflict/.
