LOCAL ELECTED AND CERTAIN STATE OFFICIALS:

•  Statement of Disclosure of Interest (ss-8005) were due January 31, 2008 and may be filed electronically at http://www.tennesseeanytime.org/conflict/. Paper forms may be downloaded and submitted to the Commission. Click for Statement of Disclosure of Interest (ss-8005) and Instructions.
• Statement of Disclosure of Interest (ss-8004) for Members of the General Assembly, Governor, Governor's Cabinet, and Constitutional Officers are due April 15th. Filing will be available starting March 4, 2008.  Paper forms may be downloaded and submitted to the Commission. Click for Statement of Disclosure of Interest (ss-8004) and Instructions.

ALL CANDIDATES (LOCAL AND GENERAL ASSEMBLY):

• Statement of Disclosure of Interest (ss-8005)  are due 30 days after the last day provided by law for qualifying as a candidate and may be filed electronically at http://www.tennesseeanytime.org/conflict/. The Commission strongly encourages electronic filing. The Commission staff and its Help Desk are available by telephone to assist callers with this process. Paper forms may be downloaded and submitted by mail to the Commission.
