Zach Benedetti joined the Sports Wagering Council in October of 2023 as an Investigative Analyst. Zach brings 5 years of Investigative experience to the Council Staff. Most of this experience was earned during his time in Law Enforcement with the Oak Ridge Police Department and the La Vergne Police Department.

 Zach most notably served as a D.U.I. Detection Specialist and Narcotics Interdiction Investigator for the Oak Ridge Police Department, earning the Chief’s of Police Letter of Commendation for providing Life Saving Aid on multiple occasions during volatile situations.

 Zach attended WaltersState CC earning a Criminal Justice Degree Suma Cum Laude and went on to play baseball at UT-Chattanooga.

 Zach serves the State of Tennessee eagerly and willingly to provide Investigative Services to the SportsWagering Council.
