21st Annual Children's Advocacy Days: Growing the Next Generation

Join TCCY and members of its nine regional councils March 9-10, 2010, for the 22st Annual Children's Advocacy Days. Voting for Children: A Political Picnic is the theme.

Candidates for governor will present their answers to concerns of children and child advocates on Wednesday, March 10.

Tennessee Children's Advocacy Days 2010 will also provide a forum for those working with, and on behalf of, children and families across the state to gain new information that will facilitate their efforts to improve the health and well being of children and families in their communities. The conference, through key speakers and networking, is intended to promote greater knowledge and understanding of current issues confronting children and their families in Tennessee, provide an opportunity for participants to become more effective advocates for children, provide an opportunity for participants to interact with Tennessee legislators on critical children's issues, and provide an opportunity to hear perspectives on children's issues and financing children's services.
