Amendments to the TILT Act that are effective immediately include:

• Provides the Commissioner with specific authority to order civil money penalties up to Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) per violation.

Amendments to the TILT Act that are effective January 1, 2005 include:

• Authorizes the Commissioner to charge actual expenses for examinations conducted under the TILT Act.
• Authorizes that a (proposed) fee of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) be charged for issuing substitute certificates of registration.
