Subject: Exemption from licensing under TCA Title 45, Chapter 13

I have determined that exemption from licensing under TCA Section 45-13-103(d) may be granted to exclusive agents of entities presently exempt from licensing under Subsection 103(b) subject to certain consumer safeguards being accepted and imposed on the exempt principal and its agents.
