for Mortgage Loan Originators

Re: Mortgage Loan Originator Registration 

Dear Licensee or Registrant: 

If you wish to register your Mortgage Loan Originators “electronically”, you must submit an Excel file via disk and the file must contain the required information, separated by columns (or “fields”), in the same order as outlined in the enclosed “template”. 

The following must accompany the Excel file:  one completed, signed, and notarized mortgage loan originator registration form, Designation of Managing Principal form and Designation of Branch Manager forms for TN branch locations.   If you do not receive the forms in the mail by the 1^st of January, you may download them from our website at www.tennessee.gov/tdfi/ by clicking on “Mortgage Loan Originator Registration”.
