Welcome to the Consumer Resources Division...Addressing Consumer Needs Statewide through Protection and Education.

Our mission is to be a clearinghouse for citizens who request financial information and education, and seek complaint assistance as it relates to institutions chartered and licensed in the state of Tennessee. This web page is intended to help consumers successfully navigate available resources.

While the Department is committed to helping citizens resolve inquiries and complaints against financial institutions chartered and licensed in the state of Tennessee, it is important to remember that the Department can not act as an attorney and give legal advice nor recommend a financial institution.
