NOTICE OF ISSUANCE OF BID PACKAGES
The Commissioner issued a Notice of Liquidation on June 18, 2004 after having determined that Sentinel Trust Company was insolvent. In accordance with the liquidation process the Commissioner will solicit bids from persons interested in purchasing the municipal and corporate bonds for which Sentinel was either the paying agent and/or trustee.
Any person interested in receiving information regarding how to place such a bid should send their name, address, phone number and company affiliation to the Receiver, Jeanne Barnes Bryant at jbtnrecv@bellsouth.net or to trust examiner Wade McCullough at Wade.McCullough@state.tn.us by Thursday, August 19, 2004. Upon receipt of the name, address, phone number and company affiliation the Receiver will send you further instructions and a confidentiality agreement which must be returned before you will be provided with additional information.
