The STOP portfolio is a tool/template designed to guide Site Coordinators as they document activities and successes throughout the year. The portfolio serves as a foundation and complete resource for the Site Coordinators as they prepare and write the mid-year and year-end reports.
A STOP portfolio is comprised of four sections: Planning, Activities, Financials, and Extras. Each section will be updated and added to as appropriate throughout the year. A portfolio may consist of one large binder, a series of four binders, and electronic binder or another organizational tool preferred by the Site Coordinator.
