To determine subsequent eligibility, certified training providers are required to submit quarterly reports to the Tennessee Higher Education Commission (THEC).  Reporting begins after receiving one WIA student.

Prior to receiving any WIA students, certified providers are required to send an exemption form notifying THEC of their status.  All forms for reporting, including the exemption form, can be found at the link below.

The deadline for reporting will be remain the same for every year.  Once a provider begins to report, it will continue to report each quarter until removed from the list.

The deadline for reporting is as follows:

If reports are not received by the appropriate deadline, the provider will be considered delinquent in reporting and subject to consequences.  Incomplete reports will be considered delinquent.

Reports Due on 15th

Level One of Delinquency Schedule

• First Delinquency Memo
• Temporary Suspension
• Inform Local Areas

Level Two of Delinquency Schedule

• Second Delinquency Memo
• Suspension for 2 Consecutive Quarters
• Inform Local Areas

Providers who reach level two must do the following in order to receive placement back onto the Statewide List of Eligible Training Providers:

1. Submit all Missing Reports
2. Attend Workshop on WIA Requirements
3. Suspended Providers are not Required to Resubmit to the LWIB Unless Program Structure Changes

Reports are expected to be received on time and complete.  Reports can be sent to our office via US mail, e-mail, or fax.
