To determine subsequent eligibility, certified training providers are required to submit quarterly reports to the Tennessee Higher Education Commission (THEC). Reporting begins after receiving one WIA student.
Prior to receiving any WIA students, certified providers are required to send an exemption form notifying THEC of their status. All forms for reporting, including the exemption form, can be found at the link below.
The deadline for reporting will be remain the same for every year. Once a provider begins to report, it will continue to report each quarter until removed from the list.
The deadline for reporting is as follows:

| July 1 - September 30 | October 15 |
| October 1 - December 31 | January 15 |
| January 1 - March 31 | April 15 |
| April 1 - June 30 | July 15 |
If reports are not received by the appropriate deadline, the provider will be considered delinquent in reporting and subject to consequences. Incomplete reports will be considered delinquent.
