Case Management and Mentor Reports

Case management is still ongoing. Mentors will need to send Class 5 mentor reports through December 5th  using the portal. They can reach out to Toni Scruggs via her email at Toni.Scruggs@tn.gov or by cell at 615-571-0328, if they have any questions or comments.

Mentors will also need to provide placement documents through December 5^th. They will be due each month by the 15^th. They should include work, check stubs, and grades for class 5.
