RSS Feeds
What is RSS?RSS (Really Simple Syndication) is an easy way to be alerted when new content appears on your favorite websites. RSS-enabled sites have files called "RSS feeds" or "news feeds" that describe the latest updates to the site. RSS-enabled sites usually have an orange XML or RSS button to let you know that a feed is available. How do I use RSS?The easiest way to experience RSS is through an RSS "news reader" or "aggregator" for your computer. A news reader will automatically fetch and organize recent content and provide simple ways to read it. In other words, you spend less time searching for content and more time enjoying it. 1. Choose and install the news reader that sounds like the best fit for you, then proceed to the next step. There are several free feed readers available on the internet. 2. At the top of this page you will see a list of links to our RSS feeds. Choose the one you'd like to use and copy and paste the link into the appropriate section of your RSS reader. On most browsers you can right-click the link and select "copy shortcut" or "copy target address" or something similar. Some RSS readers will "auto discover" the RSS feeds on sites you browse, so no cutting and pasting is necessary! Please consult the documentation of your RSS reader for more information.
