As of October 1, 2006,
the Registry of Election Finance will no longer enforce the lobbying
statutes. The Ethics Commission will take over the responsibility
for enforcing the lobbying statutes on October 1, 2006. You

Please remember, all lobbyists who registered with the Registry
in 2006 must file a year-end lobbying activities report by October
31, 2006.
