Follow I-40 west to Nashville. The interstate will briefly turn into I-24 I-40. Take 40 west to Memphis. Take exit 209 for Charlotte Avenue and Church Street. Go straight on George L. Davis Blvd, driving through the Church Street intersection. At the next traffic light, turn right onto Charlotte Avenue. At the fifth traffic light, the Tennessee State Supreme Court Building will be at the corner on your left. Turn left onto 7th Avenue North. The Tennessee State Library and Archives building will be the second building on the left.
