Ordering Inventory of Microfilm

Inventories listing Tennessee county records on microfilm are available on the Index to County Microfilm Reels. Roll-by-roll listings for individual counties are being added to the Tennessee State Library and Archives Web site on an on-going basis. County inventories not yet available on the Web site are Blount, Davidson, Hamilton, Knox, Rutherford, and Sevier

Photocopies of the listings for a specific county are $5.00 each (including postage). To order photocopies, please send check or money order to:

Ordering Microfilm Reels

To place an order for positive microfilm duplicates:

1. Determine county and microfilm roll number
   
2. Determine if roll is 16mm or 35mm microfilm
   
3. Send payment for total number of rolls ordered:
   • $20.00 for 16mm rolls
   • $25.00 for 35mm rolls
   (The cost of postage and handling is included in the cost of the rolls.)
   
4. Make check payable to Tennessee State Library and Archives
   
5. Send order with correct payment to:
