Nolichucky Regional Library

Mission

The Mission of the Nolichucky Regional Library is to assist local governments and their member library boards to develop library services in Cocke, Grainger, Hamblen, Hancock, Hawkins, Jefferson, and Sevier Counties; to offer leadership and support for member libraries by providing books and materials, professional guidance, training, and outreach services to improve the public's access to library materials and services (which meet their informational, cultural, educational, and recreational needs and interests); and, to serve as a link between the state library and local libraries.

The regional library system is part of the Planning & Development Division of the Tennessee State Library & Archives, an organization under Tennessee Department of State.
