Kevin Carroll is currently the Security Services Division Director at the Davidson County Sherriff’s Office, where he has been employed for more than 30 years and holds the rank of Colonel. Mr. Carroll has vast law enforcement experience, and has been recognized for his work with the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s Violent Crime/Gang Task Force. Mr. Carroll is the recipient of two national awards, presented by the United States Attorney General, and was recognized as one of America’s Top Cops through the National Association of Police Organizations.

Mr. Carroll holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Bethel College in Organizational Management and a Master’s Degree in Public Safety Administration from the University of Virginia. He is also an FBI National Academy graduate.

In addition to serving on the Sports Wagering Council, Mr. Carroll is active in his community. He has served as a Fairview Community Recreation Association Board Member, and has been active in volunteer church activities and groups.
