TABC Public Records

To request copies of TABC public records:

Fill out the open records request form and submit to the Tennessee Alcoholic Beverage Commission via email at TABC.PublicRecords@tn.gov, by mail, or in person at 500 James Robertson Parkway, 3rd Floor, Nashville, Tennessee 37243. Requests must be sufficiently detailed to enable staff to identify the specific records you are seeking.

Requests for inspection only need not be made in writing. An email address or mailing address may be requested in order to provide any written communication required by law. Under reasonable circumstances, the TABC may require an appointment for inspection of public records.

Personnel of the TABC shall timely and efficiently provide access and assistance to persons who request to view or receive copies of public records. However, the integrity and organization of public records, as well as the efficient and safe operation of the TABC, shall be protected as provided by current law.

Certain information contained in TABC records is exempt from disclosure. Such information includes, but is not limited to, certain law enforcement and personnel records, proprietary information, tax information, and personally identifying information.
