This portal applies only to the Tennessee Occupational Safety and Health Administration. Tennessee OSHA cannot process penalties assessed by other agencies such as the Tennessee Highway Patrol or Department of Environment and Conservation.

You may pay your penalty online using a credit card or electronic check. There will be a convenience fee added to credit card payments. There will be no fee added to an electronic check payment.
