To Obtain a Duplicate Copy of Diploma

DiplomaSender is the exclusive provider of the State of Tennessee diploma and transcript for test-takers, authorized by the State of Tennessee Department of Labor and Workforce Development.
Documents are $20.00 each. First-time test-takers receive a complimentary set of documents. Documents can be emailed or mailed via USPS First Class.
All testers are encouraged to register for an account with DiplomaSender. You will have access to your academic record with the ability to order your HSE documents. Be sure to visit DiplomaSender.com and select “Register”.
DiplomaSender services are available through the phone as well. Contact DS directly at 1-855-313-5799 to order your HSE documents.
Credentials earned prior to 2002 are physically archived and will take longer to process.
DiplomaSender will send documents directly to your college or university. Please be sure you have the mailing information ready when ordering.
