Tennessee Department of General Services Named a Top Workplace in Middle Tennessee

NASHVILLE, TN – The Department of General Services for the State of Tennessee has been awarded a Top Workplaces 2023 honor by The Tennessean Top Workplaces. The announcement was made during the award ceremony held on Tuesday, June 21, 2023, at the Music City Center.

The list of Top Workplaces is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage LLC. The confidential survey uniquely measures fifteen culture drivers that are critical to the success of any organization: including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few.
