Tennessee Department of Human Services Office in Shelby County has Reopened on South Third Street

 The DHS South Third Street location has reopened after temporarily closing last night due to a power outage

NASHVILLE - The Tennessee Department of Human Services (TDHS) announced the reopening of the TDHS’ Family Assistance office located at 3360 South Third Street in Memphis, Tennessee.

The reopening occurred around noon today after all necessary repairs were completed following a power surge in the building last night resulting in a temporary power outage. The TDHS in partnership with the Department of General Services (DGS) and in consultation with the Memphis Light, Gas, and Water Department (MLGW) determined that the office could reopen.
