Support Request

As part of the community, one of our missions is the public visibility of Tennessee National Guard personnel, equipment and capabilities.  The public display of Army and Air National Guard units and assets contributes greatly to recruitment, public engagement, and the demonstration of national pride.

All requests for military support will be submitted on either Form 2535 (Aviation) or 2536 (Non-Aviation).  It is imperative that these forms are fully completed and signed by an authorized representative of the event to be supported.  If you do not fill out the form in its entirety, your event will not be eligible for support

Non-aviation requests (DD Form 2536) must be signed by the Sponsor’s Representative at Section IV, 19a.

Aviation requests (DD Form 2535) must be signed by the agent exercising the authority for site usage at Section II, 3d and by the President/Chairman of the Sponsoring Organization or Wing Commander if military sponsored at Section VII, 23a. 

All aviation support requests except Static Displays must have the review, coordination and signature of the Federal Aviation Administration Flight Standards District Office at Section IV, 18d.

Band of the South
To request a performance for one of our Air National Guard Band of the South ensembles please e-mail our Director of Operations at angbandsouth@gmail.com. Please include the following information: Group Requesting: Concert Band, Rock Band, Jazz Band, Marching Band, Brass Quintet, Wind Quintet, Saxophone Quartet, or the Clarinet Quartet.  Also include your Full Name, Organization, Address, Phone Number, E-mail, Event Name, Event Date and Time, and the Event Location.
