Alternative Workplace Solutions

Alternative Workplace Solutions (AWS) allows employees in participating agencies to use non-traditional workspaces, including working from home or a mobile location. Through the use of technology, individuals are able to still perform their work duties without the stress of their daily commute.

• Work from home: Employees are able to work in an office part of the week and from home the rest.
• Mobile work: Employees are primarily mobile, having the opportunity to work from the office if needed but can choose whichever work style based on the given day.
