The Consumer Services Division (CSD) is responsible for monitoring the quality of services provided by regulated utilities, and enforcing the rules and regulations of the Commission. A major aspect of the duties of the Consumer Services Division is to investigate and mediate consumer complaints involving regulated utilities. The Consumer Services Division also acts as the consumer outreach office for the Commission by developing and implementing programs to educate the public on utility issues.
