The Tennessee Bureau of Workers' Compensation (BWC) invites employers to participate in a free, online training program that will help them develop or enhance their return to work (RTW) programs. Whether you are a safety manager, HSE/EHS specialist, occupational health and wellness manager, paralegal, or HR benefit specialist this online training series is a great source of information.

You can help workers choose to return to work by creating a united, and effective return-to-work team. This training can give you the tools to do just that by giving you the opportunity to ask the presenter questions live and hear other participants' stories and questions.

In reflecting on this course's sessions, a past participant stated, "I think they all flowed well and complimented each other with useful information to help us build our effective RTW Team."

The training program will be offered in a blended live/recorded format, with seven live virtual sessions and several self-paced modules. The live sessions will be held every other Thursday from 9:30-11 a.m. (CDT) between June 8 to August 31, 2023. Self-paced modules will unlock after each live session throughout the summer.

Live sessions will be presented via Microsoft Teams. Login info to access the learning portal will be emailed to registrants a week prior to the first live session.  The links to join those Teams meetings will be found on the Calendar page inside the learning portal.

We challenge you to rethink your organization's return-to-work journey. Register to hear from experts, ask the hard questions, and learn from each other's experiences.
