MPA Refresher Course
If you are currently a Mandatory Prescreening Agent (MPA), you are required to complete the on-line refresher course every 2 years to remain certified as an MPA. The expiration date of your MPA certification is the same as your professional license expiration date.
In order to remain an active MPA, you must successfully complete the on-line refresher course on or before this expiration date.
Please note: You will want to have access to a printer when completing the course so you can print a copy of the certificate of completion (for your files). Once you've successfully completed the on-line refresher course, you will receive an email confirmation with a letter and a certificate stating that you have been recertified as an MPA.
Important Reminder: Make sure you complete all the steps when taking the on-line refresher course, including completing the application for recertification. After completing the application for recertification, don't forget to hit the "submit" button when finished.
