The Tennessee Department of Correction (TDOC) is committed to assisting the public with obtaining information related to agency services. The following services are available to victims and their families, offender families, and members of the public:
Going forward, requests for clemency for individuals convicted pursuant to the Drug-Free School Zone Act will be reviewed by the Board of Parole. This change does not constitute a denial of executive clemency. Executive clemency may still be pursued through the Tennessee Board of Parole at https://www.tn.gov/bop. Offenders convicted under the Drug-Free School Zone Act that was in effect prior to September 1, 2020, may also pursue resentencing under Tennessee Code Annotated § 39-17-432.
