The Tennessee Department of Correction is committed to providing timely and accurate information to the public.  Our goal is to be transparent and helpful to victims and their families, offender families, legislative offices, community partners, and others.  The TDOC Office of Constituent Services uses a customer-focused approach to process inquiries and provide answers to frequently asked questions.
