Beginning 08/07/2017, the Policy and Guidance documents found on these pages are the official compilation of approved Policy and Guidance documents issued by the Bureau of Environment and its divisions. Policy and Guidance documents with an earlier date or from another source have not been reviewed and approved since the establishment of this official compilation and may not reflect current approved Policy and Guidance.

These Policy and Guidance documents are posted and maintained to enhance public access to information on Department programs. These documents are continually under review and development. The user should be aware that, while we try to keep the information timely and accurate, there may be a delay between approval of Policy and Guidance documents and their appearance or modification on these pages.
