CDBG Monitoring

All CDBG activities are required to be monitored at least once over the course of the grant. While utlitmately the administrator for the grant must determine when the project should be monitored, generally monitoring is triggered once the following thresholds are met:

• 50% construction completion
• Delivery of equipment
• 50% of housing units have been rehabilitated
